Shipping policy

Standard Orders 

Most standard orders are sent via the Sendle network because of its coverage, reliability, and affordability. At times we may send orders via courier depending on the location of stock to fulfill your order.
All deliveries must be signed for! Please be aware we will not leave parcels unattended for security reasons. Due to the nature of most products, we do not deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers.

Bulk Orders

Heavy, bulky, over-sized items & some Special Orders will be sent via Sendle and generally incur different delivery charges. These charges are calculated based on the cubic size & weight of the item (or parcel) and the delivery location. The courier cost will be calculated based on the total parcel size during checkout or approval of order. Because heavy or over-sized items are delivered by courier. We cannot deliver to P.O. Boxes or Parcel Lockers. Ensure you include a phone number that we can contact you on the day of delivery.

Special Orders

Special Order items are products which we don't carry as part of our core range, but can be ordered from the supplier for you. If your order contains a Special Order item or we are out of stock of an item, a Bassi Workwear Customer Service officer member will contact you to advise the expected delivery time. Delivery times will depend on supplier availability.  Also note that returning a Special Order item may be subject to a 20% re-stocking fee.
