Built by people who’ve
worn the uniform.
BWW isn’t a faceless supplier. We’re a family business built by entrepreneurs who spent 30+ years running companies that needed great uniforms — and got tired of the industry letting them down.
Laresa Bassi has been in business for herself since she was 19. A mobile hairdresser, then a donut franchise, then labour hire, then a traffic management company she co-founded with husband Ronnie in 2007. In 2022, they sold Construct Traffic to a listed company.
Through every one of those businesses, Laresa was creating her own logos, merch, and uniform artwork — never relying on branding companies to get it right. She understood what businesses actually needed from their uniforms because she lived it firsthand.
When the time came for the next chapter, she teamed up with daughters Bianca and Sophie and lifelong family friend Kylie James to build something different — a workwear company that actually solves the problem, not just sells the garment.
The result is BWW. A family business with serious commercial experience behind it, a custom-built uniform management platform, and a showroom in Tullamarine that clients actually want to visit.

What makes BWW different.
We’ve built the business we always wished existed when we were the client.
Business, not retail
We focus entirely on B2B relationships. No walk-in retail, no one-off orders. Every client gets proper attention and a proper solution.
We built the platform
Most workwear companies sell garments. We built a full uniform management system — portals, allowances, approvals, and automation — because we knew it was needed.
Brand first
Laresa has been creating brand identity and uniform artwork for 30+ years. We treat your uniform as a brand asset, not a commodity purchase.
Family owned
When you work with BWW, you’re dealing with the people who built it and care about it. No account managers who move on. No offshore call centres.
Ethical sourcing.
No shortcuts.
We don’t manufacture garments — we partner with brands that do it properly. That means working with suppliers committed to ethical production, quality materials, and responsible manufacturing.
We guide clients toward products that last longer, reducing replacement cycles and waste. Better for your budget, better for the planet.
